STAY CLEAR OF YELP!
 - Yelp is sometimes posting mistake search results under PENSHURST DENTAL due to poor design of the Yelp platform.  Yelp is aggregating ANY poor reviews from ANYONE (pick from dozens of dental businesses in the region) under our registered business name (without our permission) due to incorrect snippet programming. This is fooling Google search results as well as AI search.
  - This is absolutely misleading conduct by Yelp and is extremely disheartening as we work hard to provide great service for two decades.  Unfortunately we have contacted Yelp several times and they pass the buck around and don't care that they are misleading consumers, and don't care when they hurt our small business. We miss the days when integrity came 1st!  
We have also heard the Yelp parent company has pulled all funding from Australian Yelp. So maybe the platform is now a technical disaster. Here is an example of a Yelp error:
